Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon (15 ml) raw, organic apple cider vinegar with the mother
  • 1/8 teaspoon fine-ground pink Himalayan salt (about 0.5 grams)
  • 1/2 tablespoon (7.5 ml) fresh lemon juice


Instructions

  1. Measure the lukewarm filtered water into a small glass.
  2. Add the fine-ground pink Himalayan salt to the water and stir thoroughly until completely dissolved. This prevents a gritty texture.
  3. Stir in the raw apple cider vinegar with the mother.
  4. Add the fresh lemon juice and stir once more to combine.
  5. Drink immediately through a silicone straw, followed by a plain glass of water. Wait 30 minutes before brushing teeth.

Notes
