Ingredients

  • 1 to 2 tablespoons raw, unfiltered apple cider vinegar (with the mother)
  • 1/4 teaspoon finely ground Pink Himalayan salt
  • 8 to 10 ounces warm water
  • Optional: squeeze of fresh lemon juice or few slices of ginger

Instructions

  1. Warm your water until pleasantly warm to the touch, not boiling
  2. Pour warm water into a glass or mason jar
  3. Add Pink Himalayan salt and stir until fully dissolved
  4. Add apple cider vinegar and optional lemon or ginger if using
  5. Give one final stir and drink immediately
  6. Sip slowly over 5-10 minutes for best results

Notes

Always dilute apple cider vinegar to protect tooth enamel. Consider drinking through a straw. Consult your doctor if you are on medications for diabetes, blood pressure, or kidney issues. Start with 1 teaspoon ACV if new to this and work up to 1-2 tablespoons.
