Ingredients

  • half a green apple, cored
  • half a cucumber, peeled
  • quarter cup frozen pineapple chunks
  • 1-inch fresh ginger, peeled
  • juice of 1 lime
  • 1 cup cold filtered water or unsweetened coconut water
  • 1 small pinch pink Himalayan salt


Instructions

  1. Pour the liquid into the blender first. This protects the blade and gets the greens moving immediately.
  2. Add spinach, then cucumber, then apple, then frozen pineapple on top.
  3. Blend on high for 45 to 60 seconds until completely smooth. No chunks, no grit.
  4. Taste. Add a squeeze more lime or half a teaspoon of raw honey only if you genuinely need it.

Notes
