Recipe by Molina

This upgraded cortisol cocktail recipe for weight loss replaces high-sugar orange juice with fresh lime juice and adds cream of tartar for sugar-free potassium, plus optional cinnamon, magnesium, and ashwagandha for enhanced cortisol support. It is a low-sugar, electrolyte-rich drink designed to support adrenal function and reduce cravings without spiking insulin.

Notes

Drink within 30 minutes of waking for best results, before coffee or food. Limit to once daily. Total potassium from all sources should stay under 4,700mg per day for healthy adults. If you have chronic kidney disease, hyperkalemia, take ACE inhibitors, or potassium-sparing diuretics, consult your physician before use. Magnesium glycinate may cause loose stools at doses above 350mg. Ashwagandha is not recommended during pregnancy and may interact with thyroid medications.
