Ingredients

Scale
  • 1/4 tsp pink Himalayan salt
  • 240 ml filtered warm water
  • 30 ml fresh lemon juice
  • 1 tsp raw honey (optional)
  • Pinch of cream of tartar
  • 200 ml unsweetened coconut water
  • 80 ml cold filtered water
  • 1/2 tsp fresh grated ginger
  • 1/2 tsp apple cider vinegar
  • Ice as desired
  • 180 ml unsweetened tart cherry juice
  • 60 ml warm water
  • 1/4 tsp magnesium glycinate powder
  • 1 tsp ashwagandha extract powder
  • 120 ml cold water
  • Juice of 1/2 lime
  • 1 tsp raw cacao powder
  • 1/2 tsp maca root powder

Instructions

  1. Morning Cortisol Reset Drink: Within 20 minutes of waking, warm 240 ml water to 40°C. Add 1/4 tsp pink salt and stir until dissolved. Add 30 ml lemon juice and a pinch of cream of tartar. Add 1 tsp honey if desired. Drink immediately.
  2. Midday Cortisol Stabilizer: Around 2-3 PM, combine 200 ml coconut water, 80 ml cold water, 1/8 tsp pink salt, 1/2 tsp grated ginger, and 1/2 tsp apple cider vinegar in a glass. Stir until salt dissolves. Add ice and drink over 15-20 minutes.
  3. Evening Cortisol Wind-Down Drink: 60-90 minutes before bed, warm 60 ml water slightly. Dissolve 1/4 tsp magnesium glycinate and 1 tsp ashwagandha powder in the warm water. Add 180 ml tart cherry juice and 1/8 tsp pink salt. Stir and drink.
  4. Post-Stress Recovery Drink: After a stressful event or workout, add 120 ml cold water, 1/4 tsp pink salt, juice of 1/2 lime, 1 tsp cacao powder, and 1/2 tsp maca powder to a jar. Shake vigorously for 20 seconds. Drink within 10 minutes.

Notes

Start with the morning drink for one week before adding others. Total pink salt across all four recipes is about 3/4 tsp (580-870 mg sodium), within daily guidelines. Consult a doctor if you have kidney disease, stage-2 hypertension, or take mineralocorticoid medications. These drinks support, not replace, sleep and stress management practices.
