This 5-ingredient gelatin gummy supports satiety and gut health with apple cider vinegar, ginger, and lemon. It is a portable, low-calorie snack designed to complement GLP-1 medication routines.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 tbsp unflavored grass-fed gelatin powder
  • 1 cup filtered water or unsweetened herbal tea (chamomile or green tea)
  • 2 tbsp raw apple cider vinegar with the mother
  • 1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
  • 1 tsp freshly grated ginger or 1/2 tsp ginger powder
  • 1 to 2 tsp raw honey or monk fruit sweetener
  • 1 pinch pink Himalayan salt

Instructions

  1. Bloom gelatin: Sprinkle 2 tbsp gelatin over 1/4 cup cold water. Let sit 2 minutes until spongy.
  2. Heat remaining 3/4 cup water to 140°F (60°C). Do not boil.
  3. Pour hot liquid over bloomed gelatin. Whisk 60 seconds until clear.
  4. Stir in ACV, lemon juice, ginger, sweetener, and pink salt while mixture is warm above 80°F.
  5. Pour into silicone molds or an 8x8 baking dish.
  6. Refrigerate 2 to 4 hours until set. Do not freeze.
  7. Unmold and store in airtight container in fridge up to 7 days.

Notes

For firmer gummies, add an extra 1/2 tbsp gelatin to compensate for ACV acidity. Use monk fruit for keto version. Never freeze gummies as ice crystals ruin texture.
