Himalayan Pink Salt And Ice Trick Recipe

Recipe by Molina

A simple wellness drink that enhances hydration and provides natural energy using Himalayan pink salt and ice. This mineral-rich beverage helps your body absorb water more effectively and makes for a refreshing morning ritual.

  • Total Time2 minutes
  • Yield1 serving 1x
  • DietGluten Free

Ingredients

Scale
  • 8 to 12 ounces cold filtered water
  • 1/4 teaspoon finely ground Himalayan pink salt
  • Ice cubes
  • Optional: fresh lemon juice
  • Optional: raw honey or maple syrup
  • Optional: fresh ginger

Instructions

  1. Prepare your glass: Fill a tall glass with ice cubes.
  2. Add water and salt: Pour cold filtered water over the ice, leaving a little room at the top. Add 1/4 teaspoon finely ground Himalayan pink salt. Add lemon juice or other add-ins now if using.
  3. Stir until dissolved: Stir vigorously for 15–20 seconds, or until you no longer see or taste undissolved salt crystals.
  4. Drink immediately: Enjoy right away, ideally on an empty stomach in the morning.

Notes

Start with 1/4 teaspoon of salt and adjust to taste. Make sure the salt is finely ground so it dissolves completely. For a make-ahead option, freeze concentrated sole water into ice cubes and dilute with cold water when ready to drink.
