Pink Salt Weight Loss Recipe: The Viral Pink Salt Diet

Recipe by Molina

A gentle, mineral-rich hydration elixir made from Himalayan pink salt sole concentrate. Drink one glass each morning to support electrolytes, hydration, and digestion.

  • Total Time2 minutes (plus resting)
  • Yield1 serving 1x

Ingredients

Scale
  • Himalayan pink salt chunks (fill 1/4 of a glass jar)
  • Filtered water (to fill the jar)
  • 1 tsp sole concentrate
  • 1 glass (250–300 ml) room-temperature or warm water

Instructions

  1. Fill a clean glass jar one-quarter full with large Himalayan pink salt chunks.
  2. Top up with filtered water, seal, and let sit 12–24 hours.
  3. If all salt dissolves, add more until some remains undissolved (this indicates a saturated sole solution).
  4. Each morning, stir 1 teaspoon of the sole into a large glass of water (250–300 ml) and drink on an empty stomach.

Notes

Use micro-seasoning elsewhere in your diet to keep total sodium in check. Most adults should stay under 2,300 mg sodium/day (ideally ~1,500 mg). If you have high blood pressure, kidney disease, or are on a sodium-restricted diet, consult your healthcare provider before using sole water.
