Ingredients

Scale
  • 2g dried lemon balm leaves (or 5g fresh, lightly bruised)
  • 240ml filtered water at 85 degrees Celsius
  • 1/2 tsp raw honey (optional)
  • 3 thin slices fresh ginger
  • A small pinch of pink Himalayan salt

Instructions

  1. Heat water to 85 degrees Celsius, just before a full boil.
  2. Add lemon balm and ginger to a teapot or mesh infuser.
  3. Steep for 5 to 7 minutes.
  4. Strain, stir in honey if using, add your pink salt pinch.
  5. Drink 30 to 45 minutes before your highest-risk craving window.

Notes

Use fresh lemon balm immediately after picking for best potency. Store dried lemon balm in an airtight glass jar away from light and use within 6 months.
