Ingredients

  • 16 ounces (2 cups) of filtered water, at room temperature or cool
  • Juice of half a fresh lemon (about 1-2 tablespoons)
  • 1/8 teaspoon of finely ground Pink Himalayan salt
  • 1-2 teaspoons of raw honey or pure maple syrup (optional, for sweetness)


Instructions

  1. Add the water to a large glass.
  2. Squeeze in the fresh lemon juice.
  3. Add the pink Himalayan salt and your chosen sweetener, if using.
  4. Stir vigorously until the salt and sweetener are fully dissolved.
  5. Drink immediately for the freshest taste.

Notes

For keto version, use lime juice instead of lemon and add 1/8 teaspoon cream of tartar. Consult your doctor if you have sodium-sensitive health conditions.

For post-workout or heavy sweat sessions, increase to 1/4 teaspoon. The 1/8 teaspoon is ideal for daily maintenance and light activity.
