Ingredients

  • Juice of 1/2 fresh lemon (about 1 tablespoon)
  • 1/8 teaspoon finely ground Himalayan pink salt


Instructions

  1. Dissolve the 1/8 teaspoon of Himalayan pink salt into one tablespoon of very warm water to create a salt concentrate. Stir until fully dissolved.
  2. Pour the fresh lemon juice into the salt concentrate. Stir gently to combine.
  3. Fill your glass with 8-12 ounces of warm filtered water.
  4. Pour the salt-lemon concentrate into the warm water and swirl to blend evenly.
  5. Drink slowly upon waking, before coffee or breakfast. Wait 15-30 minutes before consuming other foods or beverages.
