Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup Himalayan pink salt crystals
  • Filtered water
  • 16-ounce glass jar with non-metallic lid


Instructions

  1. Fill glass jar about 1/4 full with Himalayan pink salt crystals
  2. Pour filtered water over salt until jar is 3/4 full
  3. Secure lid and shake gently
  4. Let sit for 12-24 hours at room temperature
  5. Add more salt crystals if all dissolve - crystals should remain at bottom when saturated
  6. Use 1 teaspoon of liquid concentrate diluted in glass of room-temperature water each morning
