Instructions

  2. For Kanten Agar-Agar Jelly: In a small saucepan, whisk 2g kanten powder into 200ml of warm unsweetened green tea or water. Bring to a gentle boil, stirring constantly for 1-2 minutes until fully dissolved. Optionally add a pinch of pink Himalayan salt. Pour into a small mold or cup.
