Arbitration & class-action waiver. You and Salt Clarity waive any right to a jury trial and to participate in a class or representative action. Either party may bring a qualifying claim in small-claims court instead of arbitration.
15) Miscellaneous
- If any provision is found unenforceable, the rest remain in effect.
- Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver.
- You may not assign these Terms without our consent; we may assign them as part of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.
- These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Salt Clarity regarding the Service.
